Oh my goodness gracious crikey o blimey!
It's been a year and a half since I last visited DA, and I feel like a stranger in a familiar land.
Let's see, what's happened since the last time I was here? Well, me and the family have moved over to the east coast of Canada (Halifax to be exact), I've really been plugging away at my YouTube channel and my writing has really fallen to the wayside.
I don't think I'll be doing much around here anymore, but I hope you're all well and have an awesome 2017!

The Digital Age

Greetings, my fellow Deviants! It has, once again, been too long since I connected with you all.
DeviantArt has become something of a background entity to me now, since I don't write poetry at all anymore. I do have more parts of my gaming autobiography to post though, which I will certainly do eventually!
I spend a lot more of my time YouTubing these days though, so if you happen to like people waffling about computer games and playing computer games, you may get a kick out of my channel, which can be found here = www.youtube.com/user/M…
In the meantime, I hope you are all doing well, and I hope to be around with more of My Life In 8-Bit soon!

Absence

I don't know why I keep having these short spurts of inspiration and then ducking back into the shadows again.
Well, mostly because it's been a bit of a busy year. I applied for my Canadian visa in January, and got the nod this month!
So, me and my little family are on our way in August. I've handed in my resignation letter at work, so now all that's really left to do is clear this house out (sell stuff, donate stuff, send stuff to Canada ahead of us) and that's it!
No doubt you'll be getting updates as time goes on. And hopefully my writing will pick up again after the move.

Sporadic Reappearances

Ruby's Big Day... AKA I'm a Daddy!

Well, my fellow DA... fellows! My baby girl Ruby was born yesterday. She caused us a bit of strife, but nothing comes easy! Her and my gorgeous wife Melanie are resting up in hospital for a couple of days after all their hard work, so I'm getting the house all spic and span for when they come back! I'll be posting a couple of pics soon, so keep an eye out for them!
